Ask Us Anything →By engaging Ritik & Co. for any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all projects, proposals, and ongoing relationships between Ritik & Co. and its clients.
Ritik & Co. provides creative production and digital marketing services including but not limited to 3D visualization, video production, paid advertising, social media management, and website design. The specific scope of each project is defined in the individual proposal or agreement.
All projects require a minimum 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. Ongoing retainer services are billed monthly in advance.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work transfer to the client. Ritik & Co. reserves the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and do not share business details, strategies, or data with third parties without explicit written consent.
Ritik & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, company name, and project details when you fill out a form or contact us. We do not collect payment information directly; all payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.
Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to the Ritik & Co. team. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our website may use basic cookies to improve user experience. These do not collect personally identifiable information and can be disabled through your browser settings.

If a project is cancelled before any creative work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made, minus any administrative or processing fees.
Once creative work has commenced, refunds are evaluated based on the percentage of work completed. The client will be charged for work completed up to the point of cancellation, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed brief. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will first work to resolve the issue through revisions within the agreed scope. Refunds based on dissatisfaction are considered only if we are unable to meet the requirements outlined in the original brief after reasonable revision attempts.
Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Retainers can be cancelled with 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
Strategy documents, proposals, and digital deliverables that have been delivered and accessed are non-refundable.
